What is the difference between the “Office Listing Search” and the “All Listing Search”?

As an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) participating REALTOR®, our office is able to provide you with the ability to search through all the active listings from our office. You will know that you are at the office level search by the “Office Listing Search” heading displayed at the top of the search screens.

If you don’t find a property that matches your criteria in the “Office Listing Search”, you are welcome and encouraged to click on the “Full IDX Search” button located at the bottom of the summary results screen. This will first take you to the search criteria screen where you have the ability to modify your search criteria before continuing on to search all active listings from IDX participating REALTORS®. The heading at the top of the search screens will also indicate that you now are running an “All Listing Search”. As always, if you need assistance searching for what you want, have questions, or want to schedule an appointment to view a property, please call us.
